Gates open at 5:00
What time does the Grand Entry start?
Immediately following the Welcome at 7:30 PM.
What time does the Rodeo close each night?
Approximately 9:45 PM each night.

Where do I sign my child up for mutton bustin'?
Instead of a Lottery Call in….for our 80th – we will accept nightly registrations beginning when the Gates open at 5:00 pm for up to 35 each night to ride beginning at 6:30
Sign up Table will be located at the 4H Tent with signs – Mutton Bustin’ Sign Up.
Top 10 riders each night will ride again during the regular Rodeo performance nightly
Top 10 Winners each night to receive Prize plus overall Winner!
When is Kid's Night?
Thursday night.
Is there a military discount?
Yes, all active, reserved and retired millitary who have a valid Military ID Card can purchase tickets at the Gate on Friday night for $15.00 per ticket.
ATM's?
No, but we accept all debit/credit cards and cash
Is there an age discount on gate admission?
Yes, ages 3 and below are free. Ages 4-10 are $12 in advance, $17 at the gate.
Where is the "will call" booth located?
Will Call will now be at the BOX OFFICE BARN located at the Front Ticket Gate
Is camping available at the rodeo?
Yes, info about camping can be found here.
Is there wheelchair ramp access?
Yes, there is a wheelchair accessible section located on the West side.
Where is the Lost & Found?
Box Office Barn just inside the Gate area
What is a 3-day pass?
Three day passes are available to purchase at a discounted rate, sold online and Thursday night only at the gate
What are the rodeo dates for NEXT year (2025)?
Oct 2nd, 3rd, & 4th, 2025
Are souvenirs available?
Yes, at the Merchandise Tent. Souvenirs will also be inside the Fan Zone from specialty vendors!
Can I bring in a cooler?
No, coolers are not allowed. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
What is the seating like?
Sponsorship seating is directly around the inside area fence, and General Admission is in the stadium
Can I bring a chair or blanket?
Yes, chairs are permitted in the Sponsorship seating area, and blankets are permitted in both seating sections
Will the rodeo be cancelled if it rains?
Only if weather does not permit the events to continue
Can I bring in a bag?
Regular-size bags/totes are permitted, but outside food & drinks are not permitted.
Will re-entry be allowed?
No. If you leave, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are allowed.

When is the parade?
The parade is on both Friday and Saturday at 1:00 PM
Will the parade be cancelled in case of rain?
NO, unless cancelled by Emergency Management
Where can I park? Is there a parking fee?
There is no cost for parking. Parking is located in the fields surround the arena.
How do I volunteer to work at the rodeo?
Please contact Donna Meldon at Holmes County Chamber of Commerce.
Are there assigned seats?
General admission seats are first-come, first-serve, but the sponsorship areas have assigned seating.
Do you have food at the rodeo?
Yes, we have concession stands that sell hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, and other event foods.
Will the rodeo sell out?
We always encourage guests to buy their tickets in advance since all showings have the capability to sell out. We can never guarantee that tickets will be available prior to a show, so please plan ahead.
Is the arena indoors or outdoors?
The NWFC Rodeo is an Outdoor arena
