Camping Reservations

Campsites are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you wish to change your assigned campsite, you must first get authorization from the Bonifay Kiwanis Club Office prior to any changes.

Registration and a nonrefundable deposit are required to reserve a camping spot. To reserve, a 3-night minimum is required.

There will be NO FREE camping on Kiwanis properties.

Weekend Rates for RV/Camp Sites

RV Hookups: with power and water - $300

ALL OTHER Camp sites: No power/no water provided - $150

Rules and Regulations for Bonifay Kiwanis Club Rodeo Camping Areas

No more than eight people may occupy a campsite. An adult is defined as a person eighteen years of age or older, a married person, or a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. A responsible adult must accompany children under eighteen.
Only one camping rig is permitted at each campsite along with one vehicle. If you have extra vehicles or equipment, it will be necessary to rent and pay for an additional campsite. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
All campers must observe “quiet hours” from 11:30 PM until 6:00 AM.
Alcoholic beverages, firearms, and fireworks are not permitted in the Bonifay Kiwanis Club Rodeo Camping Areas.

Please help us keep the campground clean. Place all trash in the trashcans and dumpsters provided.
Failure to comply with the above rules may result in you and/or your group being asked to vacate the camping area.

Times: 7:30 pm (gates open at 5:00 pm)

Location: Memorial Field on Veterans Blvd in Bonifay, Florida

Late Fee for Payments made after July 30th - $25.00

Payments not received by September 1st will result in Spots Forfeited

Camping Sites Shall Not be sublet without prior permission from Bonifay Kiwanis Club
No camper, RV parking or tent camping is permitted before Sunday, September 27th
All Campers shall be vacated by Sunday, October 4th
All trash and waste shall be removed by campers.
Removal of RV waste will be permitted at the dump station on Sunday morning between 8:00 am – 10:00 am.
Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages in all camping/parking areas are subject to the laws of the State of Florida
Only two (2) vehicles per campsite is allowed
Entry way must be maintained for safety reasons
Management reserves the right to limit space utilized by campers
Management reserves the right to refuse attendance / agreement for any purposes
NWFC Rodeo / Bonifay Kiwanis Club assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of others property
All animals shall be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for pets’ action and clean up/disposal of waste
The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Bonifay Kiwanis Club, its officers and volunteers of all liability for the loss or damage to property and injury to his/her persons arising out of his/her use of the facility.
This rental agreement contains the entire agreement between the landlord and camper. No other representation or inducement, verbal or written, has been made which is not contained in this rental agreement. This agreement is severable, if one portion is invalid, the remaining portion will, never less remain in full force and effect.
