Jessica Blair Fowlkes, one of the most sought-after performers in
the equine industry, has been captivating audiences with her stunning
performances and beautiful horses for over ten years. In 2021, Jessica made her
debut appearance in Las Vegas at the prestigious Wrangler National Finals
Rodeo. Her journey has also included notable stops at Cheyenne Frontier Days,
St. Paul, Oregon, and the Midwest Horse Fair.
Jessica began her career
as one of Dolly Parton’s lead performers at the Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge
while attending the University of Tennessee, where she earned a bachelor’s
degree in nursing. Known for her daring stunts at high speeds, Jessica places
all her trust in her magnificent grey horses, taking pride in the strong bonds
and training they have developed together.
Jessica calls the small
town of Crofton, Kentucky home, but she spends much of her time traveling
across the United States, showcasing her horsemanship skills and entertaining
rodeo crowds with her Roman Riding and Liberty acts
She has a special bond
with her two grey geldings, often performing stunts such as standing with one
foot on each horse and jumping through fire. Jessica has also been a two-time
NFR Specialty Act Performer and a Top 5 PRCA Dress Act of the Year nominee

Jessica continues to travel across the United States, sharing her passion for
the western way of life with her children and entertaining thousands along the
way.
